Fuelling Poverty ? An Agro-Fuel Guidline for India

The incidence and analysis of agro-fuel production in India are at a nascent stage. The project by FIAN supported by with the Heinrich Boell Foundation has taken the initiative to systematically examine the issue, with particular emphasis on RTF. This agro-fuel watch guideline is supposed to be applied for monitoring of the status of the right to food in the context of expansions of agro-fuel at community level.
