Dr. Tishya Khillare

Dr. Tishya Khillare is a Fellow at the Council for Strategic and Defense Research (CSDR), New Delhi where she leads CSDR's work on non-traditional security issues. Her areas of expertise include feminist International Relations, Gender, Peace and Security and regional cooperation in South Asia. Dr. Khillare holds a Doctorate from the School of International Studies, JNU where she studied global politics of women’s bodily rights.
