Riya Sinha leads the Centre for Social and Economic Progress’ (CSEP) Sambandh Initiative on regional connectivity and co-manages its Track 1.5 Dialogue. Her work spans trade, logistics, and infrastructure. She was a 2022 Visiting Fellow at the Stimson Center.
