Dr. Gaurav Saini is the co-founder of New Delhi based think tank, the Council for Strategic and Defense Research (CSDR). At CSDR he leads on strategy, product design and partnerships. He is a member of the Quad Think Tank Leaders Network, wherein he collaborates across Quad nations to shape the narrative on the Indo-Pacific. Dr. Saini’s expertise and interest spans foreign policy and geopolitics, strategic culture, defense industry, regionalism, and conflict resolution. He earned his PhD in International Politics from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
