Dr Tobias Scholz is a researcher at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP). In this capacity, he advises the German government and parliament on foreign and security policy as well as on international relations in South Asia. Tobias holds a PhD from King’s College London and the National University of Singapore.
