Jesse Scott is a Senior Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation and adjunct faculty at the Hertie School, Berlin. Her work focuses on India–EU trade talks, clean economy cooperation, and energy security in the context of climate change and geopolitics. A global expert on climate policy, she has held senior roles at Agora Energiewende, Eurogas, the IEA, Eurelectric, and E3G.
