Kanchi Kohli is Senior Researcher at the Centre for Policy Research focusing on environment, forest and biodiversity governance in India. Her work explores the links between law, industrialization and environment justice. Since 2004, she co-coordinates an Information Dissemination Service for Forest and Wildlife cases in the Supreme Court of India. She has individually and in teams authored several publications, including the book Business Interests and the Environmental Crisis published by SAGE-India. Kanchi regularly teaches at universities at law schools in India on subjects related to biodiversity, environment and community development.
