Raghavan has joined the Heinrich Böll Foundation in April 2006 as Secretary cum Administrator and is heading the admin team. Prior to joining the Foundation,  Raghavan has brought more than ten years of work experience both from developmental sector and corporate sector as well.

Prior to being with Heinrich Böll Foundation, he has worked as Executive Assistant to director ‘Centre for Science and Environment’ (CSE).

Raghavan holds a Masters of Arts degree in Public Administration from Annamalai University, Chennai. He also holds a diploma in computer applications from CMC Ltd, Delhi.
