Manisha Reuter is Deputy Programme Director for the Asia Programme at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR). Her work focuses on India–EU relations, China–India relations, and maritime security in the Indo-Pacific. In 2023, she was recognised as a EuropeIndia40 Leader by the Europe India Center for Business and Industry.
