Miyako Takagi, Ph.D. is a professor in Faculty of Human Welfare of Tokyo Online University.  Interest in her research is various ethical issues in medical science and robotics. She is a member of the Gene Therapy Review Committee in The Institute of Medical Science, University of Tokyo and also she was a former president in Asian Bioethics Association. She received her Docteur d’Université ès Sciences, Université PARIS Ⅶ.
