Professor C. Raja Mohan is a Visiting Research Professor at the Institute of South Asian Studies (ISAS), National University of Singapore, and former ISAS Director. He has served on India's National Security Advisory Board and writes for Foreign Policy and the Indian Express. He is currently an Advisor at CSDR.
