Tobias Scholz is pursuing a Ph.D. at King's College London and National University of Singapore on continuity and change in India's foreign and security policy with a focus on India's cyber diplomacy. He holds an M. A. in International Relations from Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin as well as from Universität Potsdam, and earned his B. A. in Political Science and History from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. During this period, he further studied at Indiana University in the United States and Pune University in India. Before his doctoral studies, Tobias Scholz worked for the Munich Security Conference (MSC). In addition to his research on Indian foreign policy, he is currently working on geopolitical challenges in the Indo-Pacific as well as on cooperation in international cybersecurity and internet governance.
